What made you try Metabolic Balance®?

Since having my first baby I felt I needed to find a way to shed the extra kilos I gained and was not able to lose, even after joining a gym. Apart from the extra weight, I also felt that I needed to make myself fitter as I was getting close to 40.

How did you feel before Metabolic Balance®?

Before Metabolic Balance, I was feeling uncomfortable with my weight, and also with how my clothes fit me. In general, my energy levels were low, and I often felt exhausted.

How did you find the programme?

I liked the fact that the foods in my plan would be according to my blood test results and any deficiencies I had, but at the same time, I was worried I would have to cook with very limited ingredients. I enjoy cooking and sharing plentiful meals with friends and family, so I was concerned I would have to cut out staple foods I grew up with.  Viviane assured me I would be able to enjoy these foods again in time, and after just two weeks on the plan, I was able to enjoy a treat meal to my liking.  It took some adaptation, the way of cooking when following the Metabolic Balance programme is very simple.  But I was able to add spices and make tasty meals also with limited ingredients. I adapted to the food quantities and larger breaks between meals with a lot more ease than I had anticipated.

What is the biggest change since starting Metabolic Balance®?

I was not just able to shed the extra kilos I wanted to, but it changed my way of life.  My eating habits and fitness level changed. I feel like a new person!
